  1. The HPI savage is 1/8th scale, also looks like the wheels have an offset to make the stance slightly wider. Never owned a savage so someone else can confirm.
  2. Been a while since I was in the quad game, but there are a few things that might need saying / clearing up. Quads can have an "arm" mode, that you have to flick a switch or put the sticks into a certain position to "arm the props" Sometimes they might spin at a low RPM so you know the quad is ready for flight. Some quads won't arm unless it is on a level surface. Which could be a compass issue, or accelerometer issue. both might need calibrating.
  3. Clutch spring snapped (or shoe holder). No spring means the clutch shoes open at a very low RPM and engage the drive. When you put it on the floor it stalls the engine. You'll need a new spring, but worth seeing if you need a new complete clutch though, depending on how much meat is left on the shoes. Have a good look in there, and let us know what you find.
  4. All parts left are now on Ebay.
  5. Everything apart from the cage.
  6. I didn't receive any messages about the one I have for sale, I still have most of it if you are still interested.
  7. I have a Bebop wheelie bar. £70 posted I used it on a baja flux.
  8. I made my own from a server PSU. Can run 2 chargers and my 3d printer at the same time. Cost 12 quid for 2. If you have better know how than myself, you can link them together for 24v.
  9. Oh my! Thanks guys! Totally shocked! Super excited!
  10. A lot of the websites have the dimensions converted wrong... Looks like no one reads through it before C&Ping it. Modelsport, Wheelspin and CML I'd be pretty furious if it turned up and wasn't 275 inches long. 🤣 [EDIT] looks like it was mentioned a while go on here too.
  11. Castle motor, Hobbywing ESC and Pinions sold off forum.
  12. I've designed and printed my own parts. Been doing it for a few years, but boy, it comes in handy. I'm working on a Baja shorty at the moment. Using a full size fuel tank I've got no room for the servos or radio box. Designed and printed a steering servo mount. Came out right on the 3rd revision. I got an old Reprap Prusa i3, I've had it for around 4 years.
  13. I have one for sale, might be able to work something out?
  14. FG 1/5th combo 200a ESC, 910kv motor Fitted and only used once. The ESC has multiple punch settings, didn't bother looking into it so got the castle and hobbywing combo instead. Details of the motor and ESC can be found here http://www.t2m-rc.fr/en/fg-modellsport-910kv-brushless-motor-07901.html http://www.t2m-rc.fr/en/product.php?item_ref=07904 The motor cooler doesn't fit, but could be cut to fit if needed as it's too long. (Motor is shorter) BANK TRANSFER £200 posted I can ONLY post on Saturdays due to working hours. ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************* Baja conversion plates. Missing one plate, but it's not needed, can still fit gear cover with a slight mod. Tool marks on one plate, not sure what they are from or why I will include the screws ect, but might be worth using your own. BANK TRANSFER £40 posted I can ONLY post on Saturdays due to working hours.

  16. I've still got it. Would be good to see other shells on it. Got a Summit shell on my MTE at the mo
  17. I want it, I think. Could sell my DBXL to put funds towards it..... 😶 Yeah, the wheelbase on the shell is tack, But wont matter after a few bad landings. 😁
  18. Could be water in the foams or the foams falling apart? If the foams have been previously wet a few times, they foams can start to fall apart.
  19. https://hobbyking.com/en_us/desert-fox-rx-case-1set.html 44mm x 32mm and 25mm tall. I bought a hand full a few years ago, come in handy. Though I'm not sure if these are exactly the same, but for the price they aint bad for a dabble
  20. I'd like to see this sat next to the original Hyper MT, just to get a good taste of size. Not used my MTe for ages... bless it.
  21. First tried Gens Ace packs a few years ago. Never again. I put them on the never buy again list with Turnigy Graphene. Turnigy Blue and Heavy duty though, I like em.
  22. If you wanna jump the snot out of it, smash it into trees, back flips ect... Hyper ST Pro (With T-bones) Do some track work, smaller jumps and maybe some speed runs, SSTE The SSTE is pretty agile, light and a well balanced truck. The ST is a heavy lump, so what combo would work well in one truck, wont work well in the ST. I've had 6 ST's... Ended up selling them all on at one point or another. It's all down to choice really. Both have reasonable parts out there.
