  1. I'm the same when it comes to cars..... you wouldn't expect to see Irmscher badges on a ford or FMC Motorsport on a Vauxhall so why Subaru livery on a corsa???? unless there was a scooby engine under the bonnet..... even then I'd expect to see some form of scooby styling not just the decals
  2. I wouldn't be surprised if Putin turned around and publicly came out of the closet at the end of the games........ On a different note I'm going to have a rant - Why do people post a topic, get several replies and not bother to answer, especially when they are trying to sell something....... don't see the point in posting other than to possibly brag about what you have.......
  3. all the guys at the track have said that too lol
  4. Hi Guys, Not been on for a while as I have been busy with Uni work. I will get straight to the point, I'm debating selling up as I don't have the time for the next 6 months due to this being my final year and having to sort out a 25,000 word dissertation which involves a lot of coding too (on top of normal assignments and exams). I have a Losi 2.0 RTR, changed the engine mounts to quick release mounts, it has upgraded shocks on front and rear and recently had a new complete set of yellow disc wheels and tyres. It also had a brand new 4 shoe clutch and flywheel set put in back in September and has only been used 3 or 4 times max since the change. There is also another full set of wheels with decent tread on the tyres, a couple of rear wings and a couple of body shells. I have the Spektrum DX3s and is connected to an Orange RX (I have the speky rx aswell but I had connectivity issues with it hence the orange) Along with this I have Losi 2.0eu roller with servos (just needs an engine, exhaust and rx to complete) and also a box of Losi 2.0 parts (includes a chassis plate and enough plastic parts to build a 3rd car, just needs a screw kit and bearing kit). I also have a Mega Hauler with tools, temp gauge, PT, various spare parts (including a brand new 4 shoe clutch and flywheel set) bearings. I also have a 12v gel battery that I have never used but it has been used by the previous owner, I also have a gold starter box that requires Deans connectors on a battery (not used this starter box as it came in the box of bits I purchased) I do have the RTR starter box and that comes with batteries and charger, spare starter wheels too. I have several glow starters and a couple of new and still packed glow plugs. There is probably more but cant think of everything right now, just wondered what kind of price range I should be looking at if I do decide to sell up. If I do decide to sell it will go as a bundle and I will not split it as I won't have the time to sort individual ads, or requests out. If I do decide to sell I will take an inventory of everything and also pictures and list it in the correct way as stated on the For Sales section. THIS IS NOT FOR SALE AT THE MOMENT, IT IS A REQUEST FOR WHAT WOULD BE A GENERAL STARTING PRICE IF I DO DECIDE TO SELL UP Thanks for reading and I look forward to your comments
  5. not sure, these few pop up in a google search though http://www.radiocontrolmodels.co.uk/Shops/salesmapsouthwest.htm

  12. Hi Guys just happened to see on of these running today, the 1:10 scale version, and would like to know more about them. On brief research I see there is a 1:10 version and 1:16 version so my questions are as follows: 1) are they both similar in set up 2) are they both 'waterproof' 3) can both be connected to an iphone 4) overall which is better, the 1:10 or the 1:16 thanks in advance

  15. completed Had my first "toy" rc car when I was a kid, had my 1st proper RC car at 18, a Tamiya TT01 escort cosworth, stupidly sold it but made up for it in 2004/5 when I purchased another TT01 - Subaru Impreza WRC, then this year I have bought a TS4n, EB4-S2 and a Losi 8ight 2.0 rtr
  16. ok no probs, thought I would ask. will sort images out this week and get them up for sale, don't really want to go that route tbh as I would prefer a straight swap with somebody. good luck selling your car
  17. Hi, Would you be interested in a swap, http://www.msuk-forum.co.uk/topic/175269-possible-trade/#entry1783257 (I would keep the speky controller though)
  18. considering changing from Nitro to Elec, looking for a possible trade http://www.msuk-forum.co.uk/topic/175269-possible-trade/

  19. Hi Guys I am seriously considering changing from Nitro to Electric due to my disability What I am looking for: I am looking for a 1/8 scale 4WD ready to run brushless buggy with lipo's and charger (full set up). Let me know what you got What I have for offer: Losi 2.0 rtr 1/8 buggy comes fully rtr with Spektrum handset, starter box (with 2 x 7.2v batteries and charger), Thunder Tiger EB4-S2 1/8 nitro buggy with Orange RX (connected to the Speky above). I will also throw in an Ansmann 1800mah glow starter with charger and a JP GLOstart 2400mah (red) long reach glo starter with charger, Losi 4 way wrench, spare shell and wing for the Losi and all the books that come with both the Losi and EB4 (Losi also comes with the original box). Not looking to sell or split. I can travel to meet half way, or come to you depending on distance, and as with this hobby no returns due to nature of the hobby. Thanks for looking and look forward to seeing what you have to offer
  20. got to agree with this, I know people on Virgin where their service is dropped without warning I've been with Sky for a few years now, recently gone onto Sky Fibre as Open Reach put Infinity in the area. I wouldn't go back to BT as they are dodgy, know somebody who is being messed about by them now and he wishes he had stayed with Sky. Virgin don't cover my area and Sky are a lot better than Talk Talk who are beyond a joke
  21. more bills, the wifes monthly magazine she has subscribed to and my results for the 2nd year of Uni, passed with a 9.8 average giving me a 2.2 so far, works out I need an 11 average for year 3 to get a 2.1....... shame he didn't bring my 2.5mm replacement hex shaft though lol
  22. used to be that you could have internet with another phone line though sky but now-a-days you have to have sky line rental to get broadband
