  1. If you had the old version you can remove updates,if you have never had it before at all you cant as it hasn't updated
  2. Just go into the applications manager and delete the updates for that app,job done. Assuming it's Android
  3. You might want to edit that link,it doesn't work properly.
  4. All being well will be getting the Simpsons house mid-week
  5. Strangely though people who have lipo type batteries in power tools probably do completely the opposite. Charge it up,use it a bit,put it away, charge it back up,use it till its flat, put it away etc etc etc. My point is we seem to care more about lipos in RC cars than in anything else we use them in yet they are probably one of the cheapest lipos to replace
  6. Build your own, much more satisfying and you learn. It's not difficult by any means, loads of information available online. Something like this https://www.firstpersonview.co.uk/quadcopters/dji-f450-naza-landing-gear with the DJI transmitter/receiver that works with the Naza without much in the way of setting up https://www.firstpersonview.co.uk/rc-control-systems/rc-control-separates/dji-dt7-dr16-transmitter-receiver single SBUS wire between the two and a bit of setting up in the DJI software and you could be away. Once you have that flight controller as well (which is the most expensive bit) you can transfer it between frames if you want to build something else later on. That is all a bit expensive but it gives you an idea.
  7. Thats it,done selling on ebay, more time wasters and people claiming stuff is faulty that isn't.It's turning into a hire shop rather than an auction site these days.

      Oh How Original

      Well both actually lol.

  8. Giantshark who used to sell Gensace lipos closed and said the stock had been sold on to someone but no one knows who. There is a small chance that someone selling quantities of Gensace lipos could be the person who buyed up Giantsharks stock.
  9. Postage by Hermes so dont expect them any time soon
  10. I have used here before http://www.spareblocks.com/ although part numbers dont seem to match so some looking is required.
  11. Bear in mind that most quads that can be flown easily aren't always fun. Its great to feel in control of it but when GPS helps hold it's position etc it can make it a bit boring. Great if you want to do loads of filming etc but if you just want to fly it ain't so fun. If you want to fly properly get something lke the little Hubsan X4 to practice on to start with before you go up from there. You can build a 450 frame with something like a CC3D flight controller for a couple of hundred pounds at most (with radio gear and batteries etc) and with that you will have to fly it.
  12. I have worked for Homebase for over 20 years, went into another local HB store today and saw a job advertised, spoke to the manager and he asked me to fill out an application form, obviously 20 years service counts for nothing :)

Sounds crap tbh, 20yrs employment and they treat you like any other stranger.

It's not new tho, look at tesco if they move location the staff can either walk away or take less hours on top of the extra travel costs.

That made me sick. The only reason that place moved location was to eject staff and take on migrants it was all over the news. Last ssummer think. They'd already been advertising jobs in eastern eu before moving location too. Offering travel to uk...

Somewhere to sleep and travel to work from the shared houses. While the true staff had to travel an extra 30 miles out ther own pocket for less hours or find somewhere else to work.

I think they was only offerd that so they didn't have to pay them out.

I think it was a tesco distribution centre.

  13. There is a head fix for Wall-E as it is quite floppy otherwise apparently. http://chrismcveigh.com/cm/lego_building_guides.html Not tried it as I dont have that one but have seen some reviews of the stock one with the floppy head
  14. Built that one before. Had most of the big Technic sets from the last 3 or 4 years. I dont like the smaller sets, has to have at least 1500 or so pieces before I think about buying it
  15. I was surprised how big it was once built, about 12x10 inches overall. I had one piece missing although it might have been a mistake on my part but I cant see where The replacement part is on it's way from Lego, you cant see where the piece is missing though as it is behind the Kwik-E-Mart sign,I juggled the bits around a bit so the missing one wouldn't be obvious. The Snake and Cheif Wiggum figures are great and only come with this set apparently.
  16. Just got into the Simpsons sets Bought the Kwik-E-Mart a few days ago and yesterday got the series 2 mini figures. Will be getting the Simpsons house next pay day and then will get a couple of other sets I like the look of. Going to see if I can fit some lights to the roof section of the Kwik-E-Mart to lift the gloom inside.
  17. You have to scarifice capacity against weight. Most people run in the 1300mah to 1500mah range on 250's Run times will be roughly 5-8 minutes.
  18. I was in Argos trying to read the "bump codes" on the Simpsons mini figure packets.I gave in and just bought the 32 they had in stock.Luckily I managed to get one full set, just :)

  19. Thats what its all about. Some people buy something and just expect it to work with no effort on their part, that usually ends with them giving up the hobby.
  20. I liked this bit of the sellers description "On 09-Sep-15 at 23:01:51 BST, seller added the following information: I wool also include 2 hoovercrafts shown in the 2nd picture"
  21. Was used a time machine back up to my Mac but no longer needed. No receipt but there is nothing really to go wrong with it,is there?
  22. Yep,toys, all of them. Dont know how much you have spent but for all the stuff you have bought so far you could probably bought a new and decent car
