Hello, I purchased a Vorza flux from eBay a couple of years ago, I didn't bother to test it after I bought I was in a hospital or 3 months after I bought it. Today I got it out to set it up, the steering works but the ESC isn't arming I don't think, and just flashed green. There is some damage to the motor so I'm tempted to replace it as I think that may be the culprit, it turns over ok though. I took a video its here: Thanks for any help! 🙂

The Savox 1283sg makes 30kg of torque at 6v but is a bit over your budget new. I have had a couple of these for few years they are very tough (like all savox servos). I'd say the 1256tg is plenty though for a normal truggy.

I think the .28 model is available for £249 from modelsport U.K. I've not owned a Hobao engine so can't comment on which is best.

Yeah, I put a pack through it earlier. would have run it longer but i only have one set off 2s lipos on me atm.

probably just as well, the RTR comes with a 3665 leopard 2 pole, great for general bashing but its not nuts.

Just got back from Oxshott, it's completely dry even the middle of the oval. See you and Jim on Sunday I suppose, hopefully Saturday and Sunday will be equally nice days as today.
