      The red looks amazing 🤩 never had the xrt wasn’t ever on my radar I had the Kraton 8s but preferred the outcast 8s myself. Call yourself a fanboy that doesn’t like or want a slash maxx you need to have that title removed 😂

    Time to sell not used my RC’s in over a year now so going to sell my Arrma outcast exb 8s but is there still a market for these large scales ?

      I’ve only  got the the x Maxx and outcast left now I’ll be keeping the x Maxx as the grandkids use it sometimes. I did have it on eBay a while back but didn’t really get much interest and I thought £750 was a fair price considering it’s got £400 in electrics in it. Maybe it’s just a paper weight 🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️😂

    I've done it! I've pre-ordered a Hyper ST Pro kit that I'm going to convert to brushless 🙂

      Why would you even bother going this route nowadays when there’s better and probably cheaper rtr out there. Was fairly okay back in the day but these are no where near todays standard. Your money fella your choice

    Must be getting old but Ive come to the conclusion I dont really use most of my RCs, and if I do use them, I use the X Maxx, the XRT or the TRX4. The rest are just “there”. My Mrs has a Maxx, Sledge and a Rustler and thats more than enough RCs for use. Im really enjoying buying the Tamiya’s I wanted from the 90s, so could raise a fair bit of cash to maybe buy some shelfers

      I almost sold up everything for the same reasons it’s just dead money sat on a shelf gathering dust. I ended up keeping my x Maxx and exb outcast 8s the rest all went. I think the trouble is once you get a x Maxx it’s the kinda the most versatile rc out there so it’s the one you grab first. I really don’t see the point in having others say there even the exb is now on the short list as I’ve not used it a year

    Im hearing mumblings that Traxxas are starting some law suits again 🙄 against some small time Hop Up manufacturers. However, more interestingly I noticed Jennys RCs link in the law suit……

      Look at it this way if you had a business and some guy came along and tried to take your ideas and profits from feeding you and your family and stealing your mortgage money wouldn’t you take action ? 
       

      I know folks might not like it as a community but it just good business sense

      Finally been waiting for this drop, there were plenty of rumours about it. Based off the X Maxx so should sell well. Dare say there be the usually load of haters making waves. I’ll be getting one for sure as I even outed my Kraton 8s a while back when the rumour’s first hit 😂

    What should have been a 5 second trip to the garden, has ended up in a trip to the pharmacy after major redness / itchiness and swelling. This turned into an emergency doctors appointment and now resulted in antibiotics, elevated arm, plenty of water and antihistamine…. Whatever bit me done a very good job!

      If you’re thinking of buying it and don’t know much about steam then I’d walk away as that requires a shed load of tlc time and money to get right. Looks a bit like the owner used everything in his shed to make it lol. Love steam engines and I’ve had a few over the years even a ride on at one time but honestly there complete money pits you seriously have to love them and a few hobby machine tools like a lathe and mill are always handy to have as a lot of parts are hard to find or easier to make yourself. This said it’s not dead yet it’s still saleable if the price is right but steam folk are tight beggars and usually want top prices 👍

      I’m a great believer if it’s not being used and gathering dust move it on. These are toy cars not really collectors items although yes some do fetch a pretty penny 30 years down the line if they where a limited edition etc. As regards to a super X Maxx you went that road in the past and ended up not liking it so that one I’d give a miss on maybe a nice dbxle with that new max4 combo 🤔

    Just got a Hyper MT Plus ii, Took it out twice, no hard jumping and it's **** already, rear CVD keeps popping out and destroying the drive cup and nowhere in the UK has the +1mm ones in stock until mid June which in reality will probably be September.  Only option would be paying nearly twice the price from Germany. So ****** off right now.  🤬🤬🤬🤬
