Not quite, baja tyres have a specific edge which is designed for the beadlocks so a normal set of glued type wouldnt work at all.

WD40 is a lubricant & penetrating fluid, as well as a water displacer. Dont have a compressor? always find washing things with water and then wd40 isnt that good, it looks like crap when the water dries, wd40 makes it look better, but it just gives dust and dirt an easier way of sticking to everything on the first run.
