Nearly all the time I rc alone apart from when I go slope soaring at Butser Hill, but even then I am with older people and I still feel outside of 'their' group if you know what I mean. With my cars I am always alone and I don't in that at all, only got myself to blame for my own mistakes that way. Look at this on eBay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/202274144814 this is what you will need but it will need modifying, you need to redrill the main shaft for the pin, add some washers as spacers and then shave down the inside of the plastic housings.Once thats done it will work fine, well mine has so far and i have been running a 3650 3100kv at 3s on a 3kg custom truggy that i have built. Then I decided to completely remake my monster truggy thingy and this was the outcome. A full all metal 3 piece chassis and roll cage then added some new wheels to make it look just right. Of course the powder coating and some plastic panels, I have also added a gyro on the steering servo just to see how that works. Weight without battery is 3kg on the nose. Got fed up waiting for stock to arrive at wheelspin models so I made my own... Made some new 'uprated' trailing arms and then made some rear suspension mounts. Then finished off the new roll cage with some powder coating and some panel work. Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk

It is hdpe cutting board, well spotted. My original chassis broke on the front diff mount area so i thought why not hdpe its awesome, solid and is very workable with simple hand tools. Just needed to add some heat and bend up the front diff part, nothing a heat gun couldn't do. I am still waitin for some new rear trailing arms but have made some new ones other than the ones in the photos (they where just for mock up) the new ones have been made from some ftx spyder aluminium links and some 'p' clamps to hold then shocks and anti roll bar drop lins on. They seem to wotk fine only time will tell, i will run them until the new ones arrive from wheelspin models sometime next week know doubt. Sent from my SM-T210 using Tapatalk

This is only my second cage so having a template to work from has been invaluable for me, the next cage i can make more of my own design. I will need to get some wood dowel and make another template to work from before i start cutting and welding the steel, i was wondering if i could make an all steel chassis and cage in one but that will take some thinking out. The 'keep throwing money' seems about rigth, i have broken 3 cvd drive shafts so far lol. With a brushed motor she is way underpowered but with the new 3650 3100kv brushless motor and 3s she goes like a scolded cat, the suspension is just right, not much roll in high speed cornering which is good. I will sort out my gopro 'hat cam' for the next run which i am hoping to do on sunday weather permitting as the weather for the next few days looks awful. I will need to sort out the front camber and toe as when turning at speed she understeers, but that can be resolved, when i get the frame re coated i will go for black as at least with black i can touch it up with normal paint. New removable rear anti roll bar. Got bored today and had a fiddle, made some new removable rear anti roll bar will need to test it as soon as I can. Don't mind the rear trailing arms, my original ones broke and I am awaiting new stock from wheelspin models. Just needed to make something to mock things up and this seemed to work, have also been welding up a new roll cage for my outlaw today as well, not quite finished yet but will post some pics when it's finished and powder coated.
