    Well thats me F--ckd,Osteoarthritis has been diagnosed in both thumbs with the first steroid injection given in right thumb. left to follow next week along with Xrays,defo have to fall back on 2nd hobby now (water colours) can still drive the rc Crawler/water craft just cannot build them,f---k old age.....

      Sorry to hear that. My old man suffers with arthritis too so I know it's not a nice thing to suffer from.

      Sorry to hear that dude, some things to consider...

       

      Try to get an appointment at your local Occupational Therapy department (hand therapy) if you haven't already done so.  They should be able to make you up some thumb splints, particularly useful when you're doing heavier / awkward work, really helps to protect the joints.

       

      Look into high dose glucosamine, a lot of evidence that says it can really help.

       

      Look into specific exercises for your thumb - a hand therapy OT would be able to help there.

       

      Take a gander at the Versus Arthritis website if you haven't already, lots of good info on there too.

    Tried that and the motor just clicks,I have steering but no throttle even tried direct to receiver just the same steering and no throttle,there is nothing on the program card i can use as well,also have tried with a warn which with same results,might have to get in touch with hobbywing its somthing to do with the built in ESC I think...

    Crawlers from the box are manufractured to crawl on rough ground and can cope with most sensible inclines its the user that chooses to go steeper, this then becomes a weight problem,I have used crawlers for a while now and find my solutions are climbing steep needs weight at the front more forward the weight the better but be aware of the decent on this set up,forget all these tech and numbers set up, at the end of the day your the driver get to know your limits,good luck and enjoy your crawling
