instead of having a race team, how about something to indicate we all support the modelsport forum, that way it dont matter whether your a good or crap driver, and we can still recognise each other at meets, just a thought
thats bad luck matey, still look on the bright side, its only a servo, could have been something serious,it least you can enjoy a good bash at the weekend.
i am waiting for my riot to be delivered from modelsport, hope mines ok
a bigger engine will increase the speed, but other considerations have to be taken,i.e the mesh, diffs, gears etc,its trial and error mate, maybe easier just fit a two speed gear box to your 1/10 buggy
yes,any air leak would play havoc with the tuning, dissmantle it again, and make sure all seals and gaskets are clean and all the seats are clean, check seals for damage eg cracks or splits etc,if in doubt replace
yes mate, just cut the flat bit off the plug, once the failsafe is set up you can connect and disconnect the battery as many times as you like,it will stay the same, however, you should check the function of the failsafe before every session
just a thought,i had a similar problem with my rudder servo on my boat, turned out to be a bad connection where the servo plugs into the reciever,it may help,
sounds like your ratchet isnt engaging,it could be damaged, disassemble and check that part, maybe you have reversed it,thats as far as my thinking takes me,glad you enjoyed it while it lasted
ive had a rush evo and a savage x,luckily i had no probs, but i have heard from a few sources that hpi after care sales are s***t,i wouldnt have another hpi
