Ladies and Gentelmen I am happy to annonce the SUSSEX BASHERS BIG WEEKEND 3 DAY EVENT.

The date for this will be the Bank holiday weekend of the 27th 28th and 29th of August 2016

Camping on site will be available from 12 mid day on Friday the 26th As there are no mains water please ensure you have enough for the weekend.

Price for the weekend is £30 per driver for the 3 days this will include your race fee and camping. Fires and BBQ are permitted as long as they are off the ground and not burning the grass.

£24 for 2 days
£12 for 1 day

Spectators are free but if they are camping a £5 contribution to the club would be appreciated.
Children`s camping is free.

Saturday is bash and practice and fun and games
Sunday is race day (qualifiers)
Monday is finals day and pack down


For the 1st time SUSSEX BASHERS are offering a Membership to all our driver (YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE A MEMBER TO RACE AT OUR TRACK) However as a member you will be entered into the Summer championship and offered a discounted race fee.

Full Adult membership is £30 junior is £15 and you can either fill out a form online and pay by paypal or fill out a membership form on race day

Non members race fees are £12 for the day
Members race fees are £8 for the day
Junior is £6 non and £5 mem
Spectators are free

gates open at 8:30am on race days and the track opens at 9:30am If you want to race then please ensure you have arrived and booked in by before 10am

Sussex bashers is now a affiliated club of the BRCA so
BRCA is preferred but not a requirement it only cost £17 a year and gives you full public liability insurance...... If you choose not to join BRCA then you run your cars at your own risk and sussex bashers will not accept responsibility for damage or injury to persons or property

if you have not been to out track before the post code is BN8 5AP or the house opposite the gates is BN8 5PH there will be a sign on the roadside to tell you where we are.

We now have a BRAND NEW timing System installed at the track so PERSONAL TRANSPONDER WILL WORK .............
RC4, AMBrc,MRT will all work wit
If you don't have a personal transponder there will be a limited number available for hire on the day but we only have 8 so its 1st come 1st served.

The cost to hire a transponder for the whole day is £5 but you must leave your car Keys or other item as a deposit. You will get the deposited item back when the transponder is returned.If the transponder is lost during the day you will be required to replace at the full cost of £85 so please ensure you fix it to your car properly or inside your radio box.

You MUST have a working remote kill switch if you are running large scale (cars will checked randomly). The track is open to all scales 1/5,1/8,1/10 petrol nitro and electric.

There is also a massive MOTO X track and bashing area for you to use with some huge jumps as well as our OVAL bashing track for use and tuning
