fasi Posted December 21, 2015 Share Posted December 21, 2015 Hello guyz , I need help asap, I have managed to damage the video receiver module inside the transmitter of my newly bought Estes protox fpv. How I did it, Well I was trying to modify the stock 5.8ghz receiver antenna and melted the connections too much that antenna connector got damaged. Couldn't find a replacement part, So bought this boscam rx5880 v1.1 from bangood. Installed it on the transmitter, But no joy, Not getting any video feed. I don't know if all connectors need to be soldered on this module or o my some and which ones. Please if any body can help Would really appreciate it. Cheers. Rivelino Posted March 9, 2016 Share Posted March 9, 2016 (edited) Hi, If you have a receiver with more than 8 channels, for ex: 32 channels, you'll need SPI mod. Check Google for RX5808 SPI MOD.
