Im here now at oxshoot im a bit worried to turn on my 1/5 scale as a bit loud as this my first time here and theres a bonfire at the middle if the sandpit is this a picnic ground?

Just go to the left of the big bowl, there is a track there, if they go on there while your running your allowed to mow them down.
