kingscott Posted October 13, 2011 Share Posted October 13, 2011 (edited) Hi all I've just lost a wheel nut down the road at about 50Mph LoL , I reached for a spare and it does not fit?? the car is a HB D8, I am unsure if the hubs are standard or not. (ive only just got it second hand) The spare wheel nuts and hubs have a fine thread, and the D8 hubs look to be a little more coarse! I tried to change the entire hub but they don't fit (must be off another car) I tried the spare nut off my Kyosho inferno and its the same as the spare hubs I have (unlike the one I've lost) I didn't realise that manufactures used different thread pitches on there cars! I just wanted to check if anyone knows any more info before I buy a new set, I'm assuming that any HPi/ hot bodys wheel nut will fit?? any pointers please? because It handles terrible with 3 wheels Many thanks Adam Edited October 13, 2011 by kingscott Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
