I have an alloy caddy which I got for 99p, then 250gb 2.5" hard drive out my old laptop. It doesn't need any drivers, just plug and play. Also it's USB powered.

Nice work, I used to have a Swift 2. I really regret selling it now! It was absolutely awesome. the build quality was brilliant, the engine was very powerful, so easy to tune and always started on the first tug. It handled amazingly too!

For that kind of speed you wont be using anything off the shelf. Everything would have to be custom built to cope with the stress of that speed and the power needed to do it.

I have a 120GB Western Digital hard drive, it's around 3 years old but works great. No bad sectors. It's IDE though, I assume you'll need a SATA?

I'll stick with my BB 9700. It does what it's meant to do, very quickly and very well. None of these gimmicky apps and p*ss poor camera and touch screen rubbish!

Have a look at an old Acer Aspire 5100 or something simular 120gb hard drive 2.0GHz AMD turion (upgradable to 2.0GHz x2) 1gb RAM (upgradable to 4gb Built in webcam Will run Windows 7 like a dream

Hi guys.. I've used my Revo about a dozen times in the two years I've had it. It's currently sitting in the loft and I've lost interest in it now! Specs (what I can remember): - Traxxas Revo 3.3 - Chrome Resonator Exhaust - Futaba (?) Throttle/Brake Servo - Nearly new condition, has seen about 3/4 of a gallon of fuel - Comes with EZ start, 2 batteries, charger, standard Tx - Only thing wrong is the reverse servo often sticks, and a couple of marks on the body. - Has never been jumped and has been looked after well Cheers!

If it has a centre diff then it wont work. If you don't then it will work as RWD just fine.

I run Windows 7 64-bit on both my laptop and desktop. I have to say it's very quick and I get very little trouble with it. I wouldn't want to run it with much less than 4gb RAM though. I still use XP in a virtual machine on my desktop for a few programs that refuse to work on W7 for whatever reason.
