  1. Cheers for that and had a look at your one for sale and giving it some thought as I was going to get the blue one delivered for £90 whilst it’s in the sale.
  2. Could someone please confirm the measurments of the battery tray as I want to see which batteries to buy for it.
  3. Ok thanks for confirming. Can get one of these trucks for £96 at the moment or wait for the TRX4m but that’s £180 so don’t know if it’s worth the extra keep watching loads of youtube vids of both and want both 😆
  4. Those who got one what do you think of them as i'm contempolating getting one when back in stock however the esc fires are a litt;e concerning! And what run time do you get out of it?
  5. Cheers for the reply and confirming that's not too bad but was hoping to try and get a battery that will last an hour minimum - we are used to 3 hours out of our 1:10 trucks so spoilt for run time. Is a 2200 the largest capacity you can realisically fit in the truck?
  6. Great thread as considering one of these or a TRX4m but prefer 1/16 over 1/18 and one of these is half the price of the 4m. What battery run time can you get from a 2s lipo?
  7. Thanks I'll have a look - we did go out today on the forest and found some steep muddy banks and waterlogged rough ground so had a bit of fun.
  8. Hi does anyone know of good steep hilly and difficult ground to take crawlers on in the Southampton area? I'm over in the New Forest and it's just so flat it's very difficult to find anywhere to take the crawlers to actually challenge them and have fun. My Son has the FTX Outback Fury and I have the Hi-Rock and we really want to put them (us) to their capabilities as opposed to just flat muddy paths in the forest.
  9. Nice one guys thanks for confirming so that pin should be small enough to go through the hole on the trailer. I'll get that ordered. This is for my Son at christmas as he has been on about a trailer ever since he got his truck so just want to make sure I can have it up and running with no further parts needed 👍😎
  10. Thanks how does it work with the trailer end? Thanks I do like the look of that one just wondering how it screws on where the current rod end is. As you can tell i'm not clued up on any mods and inventiveness on how to get things to work!
  11. Thanks for the replies. I'm looking at the connection on the trailer: I've messaged the seller on aliexpress to see if they can say what the part is for the truck to hook this onto as I want it looking good and not tape lol. It looks like you could drill through the bumper and attach it via a small pin but surely when they make these trailers they must also have a part in mind that will work to attach it to the truck you are buying it for!
  12. Just bought this for my Son as he has gone on about a trailer for ages: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000356915037.html He has an FTX Outback Fury so what part do I need to buy that will allow the trailer to attach to the rear bumper of the Fury?
  13. Excellent! We haven't used ours over Summer and waiting for the rain and the mud to return to get out and get filthy on trails 😎 And yes the lipo batteries still amaze me now, was out walking the dog and my Son took his car and people were saying that will have to be carried home soon they couldn't believe when I said he gets 3 hours runt time out of the battery and the dog walk is no problem for it. I'd love one of the small scale crawlers like an outback mini 3 but the tiny battery life stops me buying one.
  14. Yeah my mate had the Hotshot. They were great cars at the time I remember running them full pelt at speed bumps to get air 😁
