So I’ve decided to try and get into helis with a trex 150 on the way this will no longer get used. It started out as a kmx2 but has had a lot of losi parts and upgrades. Engine- 30.5cc finishes run in had 2 tanks through, with a ddm dominator exhaust Braces/towers-flm chassis braces, Ddm top plate, modified rc front and rear shock towers. Modified rc diff mount, modified rc booted brakes. electrics- hitec d845 steering, hitec d840 throttle, killer rc 6000mah lipo, switchblade killswitch, futaba 3pv with r304sb. Original nimh battery with charger. diffs rebuilt- front 50k, centre 100k, rear 30k. shock socks, driveshaft rear protectors, push pull steering. Many spares as photographed. The shell is in good condition with a tiny split around the left bottom hole. Any more photos let me know as I’ve got plenty. Lipo charger not included. looking for £650- strictly collection only

I know this thread has been done to death, but most of them are old. I see the atom fixed pitch is recommended but no longer available. I had trex 100 few years ago and got along well with that. Never went any bigger because got into the cars. Is there any recommendations out there looking for something outdoors to use in garden, budget of 150

Been out the rc game for a few years, bought a kmx2 stripped it apart rebuilt near enough everything. As you can imagine not a lot of run time at the moment. One question I do have is my turning circle is massive turning right but a lot tighter turning left. It’s not fade because it’s like this as soon as it’s switched on. I’ve tried lipo on it not a lot of difference. One thing I have changed is the servo saver assembly so it’s now a dual arm but I counted the turns of the old on and done the same to the new one.

Got a d840 as throttle, and d845 with push and pull for a few months now and no more servo burn outs either

Had a couple HPI bajas in the past good cars pretty reliable thing that springs to mind I used to go through drive pins like there going out of fashion. You may want to look at a losi 5t or king motor x2, yes there 4wd but if you play around with the diff oil weight they can still be tail happy. And the platform is hell of a lot easier to work on
