My SX5 kraken build👍🏻

Hey I have a 5b losi👍🏻 for over a year now built it myself. Heat issues. First off you have to trim the body. I opened the back sides and the top bit round the pullstart as well as I drilled holes in the windscreen and more holes round the throttle linkage and carb. The last lot I opened was right in the front Once you get some good air flow your gonna be ok👍🏻 as for the battery box I only use 3 bolts to close up and with a ball end opening it is not a problem. I put an obr 34 in mine and I only bash with it. I have a tone of vids and pics if you want to see more or ask any questions

I feel your pain with the aftermarket parts not fitting right 🙄 I just did up an hpi 5b 👍🏻 mostly tr upgrades did add team chase irc and a kraken sx5 kit👍🏻 had some rovan but they did not fit, in the end they had to go. It was a bit of see what fits best and once you have stripped it a few times it gets easier to work on👍🏻
