    Can someone please confirm that I’ve lost my mind there is/was a traxxas trx4 defender clear body and sticker set not the £115 one as that comes with everything else just thinking of getting another body so only need the clear body and stickers

      I think the clear shell and sticker set was discontinued a while back. It does work out cheaper if you need all the cage and fenders etc but as you say, not always necessary. It's just the Traxxas way of getting more of your hard earned cash buying parts you don't need.

    Got the itch to downsize the rc fleet, generate some funds and get one decent upmarket crawler, probably sell the RS4, Texan,Carisma ford

      Cheaper/easier option would be to put limiters in the shocks and shorten the links slightly maybe?

      I had a 2001 with the plastic arms when they were first released and loved everything about it - wish I'd kept it☹️. Guess that's why the Egress re-re keeps catching my eye. 

      The originals were a work of art though, hope you manage to track one down

      The wheelbase on this is out to 336mm, they've stuck an extension on the rear of the centre skid.  Looks like that's the only thing that you would need.

    So DPD have lost my Modelsport order and talking to the guys at Modelsport they have lost loads that were posted on Friday 😔

      Sounds about right for DPD at the moment. Got a 'successful' delivery notification without seeing a van at all. Tried next door, nothing. Checked the tracking which said it was in Leicester - miles away! Lodged a complaint - I would be contacted within 24hrs! 

      Parcel was actually delivered to a company down the road who rang me the following day to let me know they had it! 

      3 weeks on and still waiting for the DPD callback.......
