  1. Stick with plastic Alloy will either bend or break the next weakest thing to it (IE Diff case or hub)...
  2. Itll probably be first released as a Kit first and as a RTR shortly after. Not sure on release but it will be soon as jamie booth was running it in the Nationals a couple of weeks back.
  3. I dont know why but i really love this advert http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zpEWbP4FXgA I want to know who can make a puppet dance like that!
  4. I think theres confusion here, if you hold your throttle right open, itll take a couple of seconds to get to/near to max RPM. That should be sufficient for most things other than speed runs but they put a load of stress on the engine if your revving the nads off it for ages.
  5. Im doing a System Support course in college now, pretty enjoyable but practical work is definatly limited. Im thinking of going to Uni afterwards and would LOVE to do Motorsport..cant think of the name, i want to be that guy that uses the laptop to tune the cars (most will know what im talking about, if youve ever watched BTCC). I dont see this happening so going to be looking into what there is to do im Uni at some point in the near future.
  6. I have Razor on my MSN, just spoke to him and he says he is still doing them His website is under construction right now but he says contact him through there....link: http://lincit.myzen.co.uk/mqandnnenter/ Hope this helps dude

    TGN Baja 5X

Thats not a picture of the Baja X SS, its the owned of TGN's Baja, those wheels shown are worth nearly
  8. That was....pathetic
  9. Just seen a VRX Truggy on the line up
  10. You can run a .28 in a truggy There are loads of engines suitable but its all down to price, RB's are awesome, reliable and fast but there pretty expensive if you want one with enough grunt. AXE have just released the .25 truggy engine which looks to be good but not seen any user reviews of it yet... As for .28's, well theres the Go .28, OS .28 (Amazing engine!), and many more out there, im sure you wouldnt go far wrong with either of them 28's. For club level you wont need an EFRA legal pipe, you can use what you wish EDIT: Just looked in my BRCA Handbook. It seems that you must use a .21 for all classes, at my club they allow .21's in buggies and up to .28 in truggies so thats where the confusion came from :/ Quoted from BRCA Manual
  11. Strange, if thats the case then take out the 8 secrews around the edge on the bottom, the case should then split in 2
  12. If its the standard hyper box then there should be a little plate thing on the bottom with 2 screws in, take out the screws and there be your battery
  13. You must also let it cool at BDC so the liner will shrink to its original size and not the size of the piston.

    Help!

Thats a good one, if you hadnt checked already id have said it was the clutch or the diffs as thats all it can be really... Do both of the diffs still have the grub screw in that holds the drive cup to the pinion (the drive cup on the outside of the diff, pointing toward the centre. Other than that, im not too sure... but definatly sounds like a problem with the diffs to me.
  15. Not sure on the question, but whats up with it and someone might help?

  17. Ive got one, has pretty much the same features as the K800 but i think it looks really nice Really simple to use and its also very light for its size
  18. Definatly sounds like an air leak then, can you elaborate a little about the pull start part, didnt quite understand what you mean... From the sounds of things, that could be your problem but im really not sure.
  19. Are you sure the LSN isnt too lean, i had similar problems when i overtuned my LSN and would be irratic after about 20-30 seconds at idle and would cut out when i tried to accelerate due to excess heat... have you tried returning it to factory settings and retuning?
  20. It wouldnt fry your engine, but i personally wouldnt use an OS A3 in a big block, look for an OS 8, RB #6, Novarossi 6, Mccoy MC9. There all good plugs for big block engines and will last you quite a while too in most cases
  21. I wouldnt worry about it, when its fully tuned you should really notice a great deal of fuel coming from the exhaust...
  22. Thanks to Halcalanky, i have a new BG
