Coventry bound this afternoon for some stock cars and banger racing action! anybody else on here into it?

29 year old first car insurance.
No convictions + normal stuff prob Park on the street altho a private garage might happen (fingers crossed for my recent house bid)
I'm aiming for a 2006 fiesta 1.4 ish.
But the more I see the new mini the more I like it. It has a 4× safety award I think too. Nice alloys and exhaust could make it suit me. Any ideas what insurance would be estimate. Or should I stick to the festa.
I do have a corsa 1.2 but Idk if it will stay around the inlaws want it gone asap and tbh ide rather not have a corsa lol.

The mini will be a night mare to work on if you need to drop engine/gearbox as it's a tranverse setup. Quoted 900 for a cooper clutch a few weeks ago and I was told that was cheap when I quoted the lady in question :s however if u already have the corsa use it they enter bad cars just on the small side and a royal pita to work on.

Jim tell her to pay a 10% via PayPal once the dollar is refunded and ask her to pay the rest cash. Otherwise you'll end up being done over. As it isn't coc listing you need prove of postage these days and that is exactly how it is in paypals eyes also and this is myself I've been done over by this one and a similar one I didn't come out winning either one.

That will teach for visiting alarmist news articles lol. Had the worst dream in ages suddenly seeing a pulsing ??? 4x bigger than the moon in the sky. Thought sheet need to get to the kids. Then it exploded. Everywhere looked like a nuke went off then me n friends was flying through the air with cars and everything else. All I could think was I didn't get to say goodbye to my kids and accepted this is the end for all.
Then woke up thank you god lol. Haven't felt relief like that in ages.

I have my theory test today, I've just loaded up a brand new disk I haven't used and done a propper mock exam.
I got two questions wrong and 51 points.
I'm gobsmacked I wish I could just show them that and it's done. I still don't think I will pass it later today. But feel alittle bit better about it.
I'll post my true results later under pressure lol.

I didn't revise I was told not to as after a few lessons you should know the answers to most the questions the more you revise the more it goes in nd out mate I've never revised for anything properly just pick up things as I go along as you do. Don't feel under pressure this is the worst thing going in they're under pressure. I went in sat down and did it just pass by 1 question but smashed hazard perception. Just retook it after it expired and 48/50 and smashed hazard perception. Don't worry youll smash it mate.

This maybe a stupid/obvious question, is their any differences between a phone bought in Hong Kong/China and a phone bought in the UK?
Presumably if you buy one marked and listed as genuine from HK/China.
The price differences seem quite big, looking for a Samsung Galaxy S4 or possibly 5 and the prices in HK/China can be as much as 40% off for a brand new item.

the whole of my day has been taken up downloading a 7gb client for my parents.... not only that its my fault the computer is playing up ...... erm what its not MY computer its yours , i have my own pc rig but yet i have to sit and repair/fix/and diagnose a pc not even owned by me
my day has been great fully legal to ride but im stuck here sorting out the mess of a computer my parents just have not looked after or even defragged in 4yrs

Lost my very 1st car due to no tax. All legal in any other circumstance however it was a Sunday and I couldn't wait to drive it so drove it off and Mr old bill man put his blues on behind me. Was a lovely mg zr however it required a full gearbox rebuild at around 180ish car only valued at 400 and with they're costs of seizing and putting it in the pound I just signed it over on the spot. So I've now got a ford puma which I'm slowly sourcing parts to turn into a fOrd racing puma.
