  2. Just wondering if anyone has tried converting th TC into the RX? From looking at exploded diagram on HPI site there isn't an obvious or massive difference in parts.

  7. Bought carpet for small drift track and set camber and tow on Maverick TC.
  8. Prepared new Lexus IS F shell ready for painting. Holes made for lights etc washed and keyed up.
  9. Replaced backend of Maverick Strada TC with aluminium and locked the diff.
  10. Bought some gearboxes so I can change to and from drift set up. Also change geometry to drift. Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk

  12. Hi, I've done some Go ogling around and I am still unsure if I can convert my TC to drift. Can I use a HSP fish diff and lock it? That way I can keep the existing diff when I wanna switch back? Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk

  14. Yeah I know what you mean. Generally their stuff has little info in any case and as we've seen what there is is wrong/incomplete.
  15. Thanks ghazghul. Yeah the 6:68 and 6.1 would be what I got. Wonder why - is there something else missing on the internal drive ratio?
  16. Well it did have the screw but it must have dropped out and I've not noticed Thanks for looking into it. HPI site seems crap for details. I was trying to work out my FDR but there figures don't add up. 2.92 diff ratio. Normal drive spur is 48t and either 21t or 23t pinion supposed to come out at 5.7:1. Ahhhh.

  18. Thanks RC lari but that doesn't show which screw attaches the horn to the servo. It does show the linkage to the steering rack.
  19. Knife, cutting mat and magnets for aligning postholes on bodyshell.
  20. Cut out some decals ready for first try at custom bodyshell
