lol yea i knew the minute i took it out something was gonna break.
im a helicopter man, 3D flyer, but growing out of helicopters now and the wind in the UK is just rubbish. wind, rain, more rain, some extra rain and some wind.
so i decided to get into RC cars again lol
i knew i would have to strip this badboy down one day, but not after the 2nd run on it lol. had it 4 days and had 4x 5000mah lipos on it so far and the only thing to break is the bloody chassis front ( not happy )
but i will take your advice and take it slow
i was thinking on doing it bit by bit. i.e front wheels / gearbox, then servo , then onto the rear with entire rear, place ESC and switch and replace metal alu bar after.
i knew " holding it upsid down and replacing screws" seemed a bit too real to be true, but i got to learn how to take this thing apart some day aye?
tbh, ive changed the plastic drift wheels to rubber TC tyres and love buzzing it around the carpark full pelt.
thanks again for all replys, my chasis is due tuesday, i will get some A4 paper and put an outline of my chassis on it and place screws where there suppose to go.
did a dummy run today with taking it apart and i realised the steering servo has some sort of metal tube on the long screw that goes from underneath to the top so i might need pliers.
sorry to seem like a noob to everything but i was kind of hoping my first crash would be a wheel, or maybe a dogbone. not the flaming chassis front lol
