    I believe that one is too small as the mini 8ight servo is mounted by 2 screws either side.

    i have a 2wd Traxxas Stampede VXL in the FS section which is every so slightly above budget but it does come with radio gear....maybe of interest

    Like I say, in a Savvy XL the Power HD servo was useless....turning whilst on power resulting in the car driving in very nearly a perfectly straight line....only when you my friend came off power did the car turn. 20kgs IMO is truggy territory.....you want 25+ for a MT.

    The Proline Streetfighters?....I think they maybe a little too big, they're more for 10th scale MT's ie. Stampede and PMT.

    Not used it in anything major tbh.....Hyper ST, Proline Pro MT and Stampede 4x4. It is fast and really strong though.

    I was out with a friend on the weekend who runs a savage XL on the Power HD 20kg jobbie and it was seriously lacking....when stood still you could hear it trying but the wheels didn't move at all.     I wouldn't bother with the Absima CR3P...I had exactly the same issues with mine as I did with my GT3C, they are the same radios afterall. I now use a DX4C and cannot fault it at all.

    I have just stuck a WP SC8 in mine mate....not yet ran it though....going to be running it up Peel Park this weekend. What size pinion are people using on 2s? I am running the 3656 4000kv motor and wondered what pinny to start with?

    That looks awesome!! Postie has just bought me 30 EC3 connectors, 20 battery charge indicators, 4 lipos for the Mini 8ight, a couple of rolls of servo tape, 4 new (various sized) pinions for the Hyper 10 TT and a replacement front T Bone for the owner of my Hyper ST.

    On a side note I actually have a really good condition Traxxas Stampede 2wd roller for sale at the moment if interested?....I am sure anybody will tell you that they are very similar trucks.

    PMT for me too.....awesome truck which never fails to make me smile. Hobbywing 4 pole 4000kv/WP SC8 combo on 2s and you wont look back.
