hi all. gonna ask for an ipod touch for xmas either that or buy one with the money....but first i need to know something. do you have to use itunes? my mate told me that you can just convert music files to .mp4 and then they will go onto it, so can you use mp4's? any help greatly appreciated. cheers.

cheers mate . i'm currently having councelling in the form of appointments at a young persons mental health program and soon should be on anger management program i think. that does help a bit but its not great :/ i do play rugby though and that keeps me calm and is a good outlet for aggression. thanks for your comment

hello all. i'm going to be writing a book soon and obviously it will take a while to complete, but i think i'm going to try and get it published aswell. basically, it's going to be about the life of a boy and his family (me, mum, brother, sister) and how badly we were treated by my dad. there would be a lot of dramatic parts in the book. there will be very detailed parts in it aswell. there will also be a second part to the book (like 2 books in one but the second part will be shorter i imagine)....the 2nd part will be about me and my anger. i have anger problems which can cause me to be extremely violent and in the book i will be writing about the causes and outcomes of it all, the good things which have happened because of it and the bad, and the things its nearly led me to do. i thought people would buy and read it because it's the kind of thing that a lot of people would read. i know many people who would read a book like this but i was just looking here for some of your opinions? thank you all in advance for any comments and help luke.

hi all. for sale i have a team losi micro-t. it is in good condition with only a few scratches on the chassis, there are no cracks or breaks anywhere. also, the rear tyres are wuite bald but still have enough grip to run properly. it has many upgrades including: LiPo threaded axles & wheel nuts blue alloy hubs atomik BB motor (not fitted) ball bearings all round it also comes with some spares: standard axles spare wheel nuts couple of ball-bearings you will recieve: micro-t (red bodyshell)(bodyshell has velcro to hold onto car instead of body clips) transmitter (has some colour fading and scratches but apart from that it's ok.) LiPo charger spare bits n bobs atomik BB motor in packet sorry, it is not in original box. looking for

hi there ,mate. i have an vrx-2 pro buggy which is a decent buggy. has a go.21 engine with polished pipe both only had 4 tanks trough. car is practically brand new everything only been run through 4 tanks. in box, all it needs is a steering servo.

hey all i have a vrx-2 pro buggy for sale as i dont use it and need money. it is poractically brand new....it has a go.21 blue head engine(pullstart) with polished pipe which has had 4 tanks through it so not even run in yet. being a pro version, it also has some carbon fibre bits aswell as cnc bits. it has ball-joint steering. there is hardly any damage the only things are: some scratches on chassis, a small part missing off bottom of one of the shocks (plastic part costs like 80p), and it needs a new steering servo. it comes in original box with transmitter and batteries in both car and transmitter. looking for

a custom sprayed shell? jonmiller on here sprays shells and he is a magician at it trust me. depending on design etc you could get a very good one sprayed for

hi all. i bought a buggy a couple of days ago but the steering servo was broken. i had spent all my money on the buggy and probably won't have any more for a long time now lol so...does anybody have a spare servo they could give me for free? i'm not bothered what make it is aslong as it works and any contributions would be greatly appreciated. i also need a glow starter and fuel bottle...again if anybody would kindly donate one of those...i will happily pay for postage but i dont have enough to pay fully for items thanks in advance.

i think its quite good. nice, simple design but also quite striking and with a nice clear picture of the firstorm thumbs up for first attempt
