Not sure if this is the right area as I hardly use this forum anymore but as the title says I'm thinking of selling my drifter. Figured you guys would be the best people to give an idea of its worth so here goes, it's a HPI Sprint 2, standard apart from the diff covers(possibly) have been cut to stop stones getting stuck & destroying the belts. Has the standard matte black camaro shell, standard esc & motor. Has a coupe of ansmann 2000mah batteries too I think. What you thinking? I put it on the roof in the end, shells been painted about two weeks. All finished now, just the wheel clearance to sort but I highly doubt it will get out this year anymore

Finally fitted the buckets in my 86 then the led kit from rcbutcher, well my mate did anyway lol

Ok, next question, best mounting place for the battery? I thought roof but will it pull off the paint? Or the tape not hod the weight of the battery?

Just giving the glue a go now lol

Ive got some leds from rcbutcher ready to go in my gt86. The black cup thingies don't fit on the buckets but the leds fit fine so does anyone have any suggestions or tips from experience as to how to neatly secure them in place please?

I'll get one Teshi. It's not helping a great deal that I've not cut an aerial hole yet so that's stuck underneath too, currently the front can't get any lower on the mount as it's on the foam bumper bit so that could come up too, I'll swap to 6mm wheels too & see how it is then as well Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk 4

Right I'm finished for now, got the buckets to fit but I'm leaving them til the leds come. Wheels are too wide for the shell & it lifts it etc so I'll have to find others. Yeah they are clear backed dude. I'm liking the decals on the side but not sure on the drive one lol. Didn't want it to be a replica but at the same time I didn't want it to be too plain. Sort of like a street weapon if you get me. Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk 4

Finally bit the bullet last night & did the post holes, now I've got the problem of the front wheels catch the shell & lift it when they turn & the rear arches sit totally against the rear wheels. Running the new 8mm mst wheels all round that I bought for it. Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk 4
