i was using an asmann multi charger at 80ma which worked out at 22 hours , the voltage readout was 6.5 volts

I checked the output , and the stick (5 cells) was putting out far more than 4 new duracell dry batteries , which powered the servos better , so i changed back to the 27 meg old gear that i used before in the ts4n , and the metal gear servos worked perfectly with the stick pack , the radio gear i have just bought was a 2.4gig core set up so the problem must lie in the new radio , perhaps i need to spend decent money on radio ? yes the stick pack was still cold after i disconnected them from the charger after giving them the required 22.5 hour charge , but still put out more the the dry cells

ok thanks , but the stick pack i bought said 6v , its 5 cell 1.2v each i guess would make 6v surely ? anyway cheers

I have just purchased a 6v stick pack and charger for my racer to replace the dry cells , but after i charged the new stick pack and tried it both servos chatter and dont always return properly , i replaced this back to the dry cells and bingo all ok again , any help would be appreciated jeff

i get the cars to go well , its just the cheap bearings just cant take 30,000 rpm and the incredible heat these poor things have to cope with , i have now converted the engine to flywheel start and done away with the pullstart and it drag /heat producing drum hopefully the crankpin will run cooler

the thunder tiger cars are ok ,but in 3 weeks managed to cook 4 rear bearings , which are probably made of monkey metal and using the most rubbish fuel ever, model technics ...... but i guess its best to learn the hard way ?

either you are only running front wheel drive , or rear drive ,are the driveshafts still there ? or another thing is the clutch shoes are worn out

nearly poisoned myself when i meant to blow through the filter in the tank to clean any dirt but instead sucked (why ?)and got a mouthful of byrons whatever .....mix hell that stuff tastes horrible ............

are you using it in the ts4n ? does it fit in the radio box or have you the later ts ?

has anyone have the three carb settings for a novarossi evo 5 .21 please cheers jeff

how long have you been trying to start it ? this may seem odd but what does your plug look like when you remove it ? is it full of oil ? i had a similer problem with ****ty little ts4n , wouldnt start at all , ended up being too much oil in the crank case , i used a little thinners to clear all the oil out (remove plug turn upside down , use pull start to clear it replace plug ) , refilled the tank and away it went

Just a quick question , i bought some enneti foam tyres 35 shore for my on road 1/10 th nitro car , they have little or no grip , my question is do these need grip additive , or am i wasting my money ? cheers jeff
