From what I can see it's really just a Blackout Xbox/Rampage with a DB cage on it, there's nothing really that bad to say about them, they are good lower end models

k ty.  Is there anything good to say about them though :lol

  8. different servo than mine. That layout is pretty much what i was running. My hw60a fitted in there. Is it just a matter of u not wanting the same esc again? the hw just stock should be good?

  10. yip thats a good strategy, note though the eb48sl is the closest too the Mt and has same chassis. If I were u I'd price up the parts differences from the Mt to the eb48sl and the truggy. Then tell us the cheapest options
  11. Most parts cross over, but critically imo the chassis is different. I'm sure u could mt the truggy without the chassis change for little coin but it would handle differently! edit: mt chassis is shorter (aka buggy chassis)
  12. I think its clearly a matter of whether u want a truggy or not.
  13. yes I believe so. But not 100% as it's been a while since I have looked. Losi's 3.0 is the latest. I would go the 2.0 for bashing as the hardware is better spec'd for that purpose. This being said is 2wd an option? if so the Serpent is excellent Not to be rude but if u don't have time to paint a shell, will u have time to maintain it? A 2wd will be better for u in this regard fyi.
  14. I would have said Traxxas too, but as u asked for decent handling as well as tough. A Tekno fits your requests perfectly. Trouble is the new one comes out soon and its very hard to find the current one. U could wait till the 2nd hand market gets flooded, wait for the new one, or look at the Team losi 2.0 or 3.0 ( if u can't wait.)
  15. As a rule of thumb yes. Though I've had a decent Scorpian low kv motor out brake a cheap higher kv. kinda to be expected though .
  16. Hi. 1st time is confusing Was the shell washed thoroughly before starting? That peeling tends to happen if the previous coat was not completely dry. I use a hair dryer to circulate some warm air and or leave the shell in a warm area like a heated linen cupboard etc between coats. U do need to work fast when brushing it on and working in 1 direction then 90° the other way for the next coat helps. You'll get a better understanding upon cutting and removing the mask If your previous coats are not smooth I sadly would suggest starting again. Have a look on utube as theres a lot of vids that will help immensely. Btw, What Sct lid have u got?
  17. Bugger So, was the box actually factory sealed?
