    Isn't a must however a good "recommendation". If not the you could have bursts of power and cut outs. Me personally I only use an adapter to charge if I can't solder it the lhs can and charges me 2 quid per item. 1.50 if I supply connectors. I'd advise against all use of adapters to be honest it's another solder joint to fail and tbh it is normally the adapter solder joints that fail.

    I realise this lol however this route will allow me to upgrade without upgrading. :-) I choose how I want it to look and with what parts from the start rather than bashing something I want to be different lol

    So I've got a few rc to piddle around with now an mt4 g3 on the way I've wanted another baja since I sold my last but funds don't free up all at once so haven't got 400+ at once could I build one from scratch sourcing parts of eBay and so on and also adding the upgrades at the same time ? And oh no engine will be going in this ;-)

    Audio car parts and a bike shop will sell the bits needed to make some shock limiters :-)
