sounds good bud only downside to having a volvo is its only single rear axle stock. what did you do to get twin axle? another chassis or buy a cab on its own?

i've not looked to be honest, only had the idea the last couple days ha plus not in the position to buy anything yet. waiting to get back to work when the mrs starts looking after the little one.

ohhh thats nice and another great idea! glad i asked now. plus i can get away from the merc and go with another R620 highline, well be rude not too seeing as its swedish lol how to extend tho? chassis rails wouldn't be a biggy but what about the prop shaft? can you get a merc prop on its own?

you know what i was going to ask you but i didnt know if you had a dolly or not or knew how haha ok brilliant mate thank you! its not going to be for a long time yet. i have plans to get a scania 6x4 with 2 flat bed trailers and dolly also the merc box truck and put a second axle onto it and for that to be able to tow the dolly and trailer. i was thinking of buying 3 flat bed trailers and using 2 as normal trailers and 1 cutting up for the dolly and use the rest of the bed to replace the box one the merc and have a flat bed on that, want to make it look like a wood carrying wagon over here but seeing as you say the pole trailer comes with a dolly that makes it easier. i can make the back of the merc flat bed without having spares from a trailer so thats no worries i dont think.

has anyone ever built a dolly for the tamiya trucks? to tow 2 trailers? later this year if i can save enough i will be getting into bug rigs. always liked them wish i never sold the one i had years ago! i've had a look around on the net and there is plenty of threads but no build threads on them of what parts you need etc. so if anyone has any info as to what i would need to build one i would very much appreciate it.

i use these on a wood floor http://www.modelsport.co.uk/fastrax-10-spoke-drift-wheel-and-tyre-set-4-blue/rc-car-products/368518 but you will have to test it first as not every wood floor is the same. some may mark with the above some wont.

i was sticking with nimh as i didn't want to go lipo. but after using a brushless with nimh then with a lipo needless to say i never used a nimh in it again lol they are safe if handled correctly like any battery really. even on a brushed system lipo makes a massive difference.

i wouldn't just because its a liquid state all the time so you will get it all over your hands every time you touch it. if your going to use a box just use that and silicone the holes up

hope your not going to use the tamiya plugs with the brushless and lipo?

I want to do that but I foresee two problems a, I have no car big enough for that b, my baby at 5 months old weighs in at 10kg haha he'd kill my stampede lol I need a 1/5 scale

have you got the plug in the correct way, sounds dumb but a very easy mistake to make on them.
