I put 3 pieces together, so triple layer which seems to be working great

Took the converted Strada DC out for its first run this morning 👍🏻

Just had the Maverick Strada out for its shakedown, it actually did well and handles pretty nice with the Yeah Racing rally shocks. Needs the rear suspension stiffening up just a smidge and I’ll have to swap the magnet mounts for body posts, it popped too many times for my liking. The ghetto chassis cover worked a treat and kept the worst of the crap out considering how wet and muddy it was 😁

Got yourself a mighty fine rally car for £211 though I was within budget for the HPI at £186 but I’ve spent another £62 on a new body, paint and a 15 turn 550 motor . Dropped the motor off at an inpost locker today mate 👍🏻

I don’t get it ? 😁 Not sure if it’s staying brushless yet but once I know I’ll tidy it all up 👍🏻, there’s not much room spare in these chassis’s compared to my others .

Body’s finished! Not my best work but it’ll do, the body was only £24 and it will be wrecked in no time anyway. Some of the chassis around the suspension arms needed to be cut away to gain some extra ground clearance it’s got a good 13-14mm now, new shocks fitted and I knocked up a ghetto chassis cover . Needs a shakedown run now 👍🏻

New to me XV02

Got the Delta body cut out and mounted on the Strada chassis with a new set of wheels and tyres, it didn’t include any livery decals so I’ll have to see what decals I’ve got lying about for this one.

Thought I’d try living dangerously 😂

Picked up a couple of new body’s for the rally cars, a Fiesta WRC for the RS4 and a killerbody Lancia Delta for the Maverick . Hoping to make a start on the Maverick this evening 👍🏻
