  1. I don’t need it but that’s very generous mate 🍻
  2. This one’s going in a rally car 👍🏻
  3. You’d think someone would test fit at least one at the factory? Unless they just don’t give a crap. Look decent for the money though
  4. Coming along nicely 👍🏻 Are ya going box art with the body?
  5. I thought so too mate 👍🏻 Nice change from the white as well.
  6. You’ve got to go back there for a spot of rallying! It looks perfect 👍🏻 Hoping to have the HPI finished and out for a run at the weekend providing I have no work on.
  7. I just might mate 👍🏻 Cheers buddy 🍻
  8. Fancied some new wheels 👍🏻
  9. Glued some new rally wheels and tyres up for the XV01 👍🏻
  10. Four but I’m always looking to expand the collection 😁
  11. These rally cars got me hooked mate 🎣
  12. Made a start on the Quattro body but need to order a set of zero offset wheels, these are are a couple of mm to wide.
  13. Leccy’s are in 👍🏻 Seems pretty nippy on the dining room floor, deffo has enough poke for on the spot donuts 😁 Well impressed with the amount of ground clearance i was able to get out of it without any modding at all to the chassis or suspension parts barring some longer shock rod ends. The servo, esc, motor, springs, rod ends, wheels and tyres have all come out of my spares pile, I’ve also got a Quattro body that was bought for the PTG2 but didn’t fit, I could use that and stay well under budget? I’ll probably end up treating it to a new body and wheel set and have just enough left to upgrade the motor if it needs a bit more POWAHHH! Bit of a cheat using loads of spares but what can you do 😂
  14. Pretty much finished the chassis on the HpI RS4 rally build 👍🏻 Needs a body next.
  15. A few pics from this morning 👍🏻 Also the new tyres worked great.
  16. Nice 👍🏻 Got me looking at them now 😂
  17. Shocks worked out great! I fitted them with some spare LC Racing springs the stockers where a bit hard for rallying, I left the stock 50wt oil in the fronts and filled the rears with 35wt. Suspension feels lovely on the bench but we’ll see how it goes on it’s shakedown run . Managed to-get more ground clearance than I run on the PTG2 , it’s sitting at 16mm front with 18mm at the rear but electric’s still need to go in .
  18. Awesome mate 👍🏻 Looking very smart
  19. Test fitted a body from the PTG, the wheelbase was a few mm short on the HPI chassis, after starring at it for a while I realised the rear arms can be flipped over( probably should of just read the manual😂) that’s increased the wheelbase to 257mm-ish and fits the body perfect🙂 With the arms flipped theres extra shock mounting holes in different positions which has helped out quite a bit in gaining extra ground clearance, still not enough but I’ve found some longer rod ends that fit . Will get the other three fitted tomorrow and test them out
