    Gmade R1 artr

Price dropped, anyone wanna gimme 250 plus fees?
  2. yep the fake battery box that covers the motor..
  3. you'll need to trim the plastic cowling a little, best way to get power to it is to use a 70mm servo splitter lead and plug them both into the etc direct..

    Gmade R1 artr

Oh yeah also has the low profile servo and battery mount fitted.. Bit obvious but thought I'd mention it for anyone not familiar with the basic spec r1..
  5. Heya guys, don't really fancy giving evil Bay any more money this month so I'm gonna try my luck here.. So what we have here is my quite literally used once outdoors gmade r1, the only part of this rig that has any signs of use the skids and that's it.. It's built from the kit version from the ground up and has a Skyrc leopard sensored combo in it, it's got all of the must have upgrades including the delving centre skid, high clearance links, alloy adjustable upper and lower link mounts, rear steer kit, power hd servos with answer alloy horns, Junfac steel drive shafts and gmade team zero shockers and gmade shock braces. The body is painted tamiya lame and red and is in perfect order, it's also fitted with two gmade light kits and most of the cross head hardware has been changed out for stainless hex head gear. I will also leave fitted a 3ch orange rx again new.. Oh yeah 3 lipos included also Of course all of the original unused parts from the build are included as is the manual.. Looking for 300 no offers, no fees, free postage.. Pics
  6. Can't remember where the fan came from but its a yeah racing fan and loads of different companies make them, there are pics in this thread and In others about how you do it, just got back in from running a pack through here and temps were fine, it's still pretty cold so that keeps things in check but I reckon it's all good, no thermals and runtime was about 30 mins on a 5200mah 30c 2s, the only downside to the tyres is they turn a wheelie machine into and even bigger wheelie machine mean you have to be even more vigilant on the throttle.. Also grip role is more frequent..
  7. Don't do that whatever you do you'll fry your gear within a pack, the trencher are already way taller than the stock wheels, I'm now of out for some 2s testing on the stock 24t so I'll let you know what the temps are like.. For the record I'm running and sc8 4000kv combo and an extra fan on the motor..

Mobius cams are discounted on Bangkok at the moment..
  9. Certainly a lucky escape..
  10. Never rub another man's rhubarb..
  11. I don't have a problem with you I have a problem with what you are doing, jumping all over threads spouting off without any experience or knowledge to back it up helps no one.. Especially newer members..
  12. Welcome back to the fold fella, enjoy your stay..
  13. because you are chatting absolute cobblers and replying to threads left right and centre, with little to no practical knowledge of the topic, firstly your chiming in offering advice to other members that are new to the hobby as well and may well believe what you say to be true and secondly you just proved you know sweet fa by proclaiming the kyosho sandmaster to be epic.. It is only epic in one sense.. It's epically an epically bad chassis with poor parts support..
  14. you sir are an epic fool..
  15. that's the jconcepts bajr rich, I did one for my st4 didn't fare too well tho, the body is nice thick lean but after a few heavy lid landings it creased at the windscreen and cracked on the bonnet and door, there just isn't much meat on the front of it..
  16. You need some 92mm shocks like the junfac xd or similar for the rears, I owned a nexxt for a short while and it's a the same chassis. There is no droop adjustment on the suspension arms so the most you'll get is around 5mm extra clearance. At the end of the day it's pretty much a toy, I wouldn't throw any money at it at all because the handling will always be poo because if the ridiculous amount of slop in the suspension arms and hubs etc. Save your money and by a better rig..
  17. +1 I've had several 4s packs packs that suffered fro the same thing. That's reason I double up now, less mucking about if one 2s pack plays up and cheaper to replace.
  18. Couple of pairs of high tops, new sensored motor for the hyper truggy, Some stickers and some new t-shirts..
  19. Raoul Duke: One of the things you learn from years of dealing with drug people, is that you can turn your back on a person, but never turn your back on a drug. Especially when it's waving a razor-sharp hunting knife in your eye.
  20. perfection costs, I think we've all bottomed out the bank account at some point I'll hop over onto the thread for a butchers. Happy new year but.
  21. Yes mate 6 mm shorter, only time will tell now tho as I've not had them out for a shakedown, these gmade ones are certainly better made than the hip ones, the hexes on these are very well defined and an excellent fit inside the hub, I found the hpi one to be a bit sloppy.
  22. I was running 25mm wheely king extenders and kept snapping axles and shattering bearings, I'm not very kind to my kits long axles means greater stress due to leverage and if you bash hard you break stuff.. Cest la vie rodders..
