  6. Thanks once again, what voltage will you be running it on? Desktop 3D printer. Thanks.
  7. Thanks for that, yeah as you said im sure it isnt worth adding it up. Yes its a lot of money but its one off and you have built it all yourself which is a good achievement and if you reach your goal even better . Whats the limit for the esc and motor? Going by the above figures I assume the motor is 2240kv? What lipos will you be using to hopefully hit your 150mph goal? Sorry about all the questions but I find it interesting. Thanks.
  8. Looking excellent Bez. Whats the specs on the electrics? So far is the build on budget or there is no budget ? What figures are you hoping for at the weekend? Keep up the good work . Thanks.
  9. http://www.modelsport.co.uk/hpi-waterproof-receiver-box/rc-car-products/363717 Or there is this one: http://www.modelsport.co.uk/traxxas-box-receiver-slash-e-revo/rc-car-products/31633 Thanks.
  10. Your Welcome might do you both a favour. Thanks.
  11. This needs to be in the wanted section, I'm sure a mod will move it. Have a look at this wanted advert: http://www.msuk-forum.co.uk/topic/197547-scale-or-crawler/ Give Noj a Pm. Thanks.
  12. That's a good price and good service. You gave it a run yet? I'm sure you are going to be happy with it. Thanks.
  13. Very nice AJ, and the build cost is............... I'm sure it's going to serve you well. Thanks.
  14. Looks good and a good choice in motor to. Where did you get the combo from? Thanks.
  15. http://www.msuk-forum.co.uk/topic/197149-traxxas-e-revo-110-package/ . Thanks.
  16. If you are getting a conversion kit for your Hyper 7 then the 4s zippy I linked fits perfect in the battery tray with a little bit cut out for the wires. The 2s and 4s 8000mah lipos won't fit. Thanks.
  17. I thought you would have carried on its progress in your original thread: http://www.msuk-forum.co.uk/topic/186508-norcos-slash-4x4-lcg-with-new-shell/ Looking good though. Thanks.
  18. As usual AJ it looks great , keep it up. Thanks.
  19. Soft case lipos are fine, the 8000mah lipos are good but are also quite big especially for a hyper 7. Thanks.
  20. Agree, I've got a pair of the 2s 8000mah. Speaking of badgers how are they, but I will have to ask that in one of your threads don't want to hijack this one. Thanks.
  21. I currently use a pair of these: http://www.hobbyking.co.uk/hobbyking/store/__8588__ZIPPY_Flightmax_5000mAh_4S1P_30C.html Which I think arnt bad for the money. Thanks.
  22. I forgot to answer your question: 'I have a 30-60c 5800 2s nanotech and a 33c 5350 2s something or other battery (forgot the name. Could I use both together?' In this thread: %C2%A3200/page-2'?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>
  23. This looks good and can't believe I missed it, problem solved I now may stand a chance . Thanks.
  24. Yes the Wp Sc8 is fine obviously up to 4s and is still fairly quick. I assume you have these: http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__17273__Turnigy_nano_tech_5300mah_2S2P_30_60C_Hardcase_Lipo_Pack_ROAR_APPROVED_.html If so I used to use two nanotech hardcase lipos together, I would one on top of the other then had longer velcro straps to go around the battery tray and both lipos. Then I had two 4mm male bullets soldered onto the esc and then made a joining lead with two 4mm male bullets on each end. As for pluging it in make sure you plug the positive lead from the esc into the positive on one of the lipos then plug the negative from the esc to the negative on the other lipo, then plug the joining lead into the remaining female bullets on the lipos. Here's a picture I took for a member a while ago which may help you as well: As for motors I would go for something like one of these makes: Castle Sirius Leopard Tenshock Hobbywing Etc. Thanks.
