    On one of the arrma Facebook pages and forum some said to go for the 3s blx typhon and run it on 2s but I still think that will be to much for a 6yr old

    Hi guys.I had decided on an arrma Typhon mega for my son for Christmas.Now I am starting to think maybe an ftx buyers.Hes not massively into RC but I want something to get him away from the PS4 in the summer.The Typhon looks the part but it's double the price and the ftx parts are very cheap to replace when he brakes it.What do you reckon? PS it's ment to say bugsta not buyers

    I will probably get my son the Typhon mega for Christmas.The speed looks prity good for a 6 year old and it means I will have to pick up a Typhon v4 6s for myself😎

    I have had my outlaw for a good six month now and nothing has broken.Its the brushed version and I run it on 2s.It gets launched off ramps and so far it's been great.All I have done to it is add the Ali motor mount,Ali rear stand offs and the chassi brace mod.I bought a carbon chassi for it when I bought it but so far I haven't had to fit it.For the money you can't go wrong in my opinion.Maybe if it was brushless it would be a different story.

    Got the Holmes today and got stung with a £13:14 charge but it doesn't matter as it's still cheaper than ordering from Holmes.Going to order the 1080 on pay day and wouldn't mind getting the Ali motor mount aswell but I can't find the inner circle mount bit that you need to order separately in stock.Amazon has the full motor mount kit but they are gpm ones and I am not sure of the quality.

    Had an email from a main to say the 550 21t is back in stock but unfortunately I am now skint until pay day ?

    It's the 550 size one we need.The 540 is the standard axial size and will fit obviously but the 550 is ment to be better.

    Thanks guys yes it's stock and Dartmoor trials I don't have a clue what I am talking about lol.To be honest as fast as my son's brushed ftx outlaw with a 2s lipo will be fast enough.I have an axial 20t motor here but I have been told that it will burn out in minutes.Maybe a Holmes 21t with a 1080 will be the way to go?

    Hi guys I had the bomber out yesterday in the park and it's painfully slow.I can't afford castle stuff and don't need rocket speed but something to make it fun.Has anyone got any links or suggestions please?

    Just ordered the axial 20t.I know it's not the Holmes but I can't find any in the UK and rcmart are out of stock.

    Thanks guys but it's going to stay brushed for a bit but I will go brushless in the future.Its my boys birthday Saturday and if I have any money left on Sunday I am going to order the axial sway bar and the incision link kit.I know they are quite a bit heavier than the titanium ones but a bit of extra weight low down should help with roll overs and they look beefier.

    Had another quick go this morning and blimey this is weird to drive compared to what I am used to.The drag brake is strange.I am used to normal branding but this goes straight into reverse popping reverse wheelie.
