Mini Z Buggy VE 2.0 Brushless

Recommended Posts

Hi guys, i've searched the web and reddit and cant find the following answers. Can someone here help.

1. Ive got a mini Z buggy rushed. Converted it to lipo and sometimes it has the thermal cut-off problem. Would the same happen to the brushless if i convert to lipo?

2. How long does the VE Brushless run with standard AAA Batteries? Are there other type of batteres you would recommend?

This will help me and others a lot as idealy i would perfer not to need to convert it to lipo if it runs fast with rechargable batteires.

Thank you!

Hi there.  The cutting out is probabIy the esc saying it dont like lipo's?  I am just going through the same process with my overland. I have got hold of a pair of AAA li-ion batteries or as they are called 10440 batteries. They are 3.7v each so only need 2 that way. Then I will need to get hold of 2 dummy AAA batteries to bridge the gap in the battery holder. As for run time I don't know, for me if it runs for 10min I will be happy.
