HELP NEEDED WITH YAMA 26CC BUGGY

don't know where you are but I'm willing to have a look and sort it out I'm in reading and have some experience of the model in question . I agree that it is probably something to do with hex bit within the disks or possibly the collar on brake rod slipped

this is the reason  99% of people on here  would  tell sumone  not to buy yama buggy...:yes:they're cheap for a reason .....they r very poor quality unfortunately to say dude.....and they r nothing but trouble in the long run.......:yes:....sumins  definalty wrong as the wheels should not spin when braking.... ....
