Firestorm engine

Any small block side-port engine should be a straight fit such as

Never had a Firestorm so no idea what the standard engine performance is like, but i have a Nitro MT with a Force .18 rear port engine in and if flies along pretty damn quick.

I'm sure there are faster engines available but i cant help you there as i only have .12 size engines and big blocks to compare it to, and my Force .18 falls right in the middle in terms of performance  :whistling:

I know the old MT2 could take big blocks (.21 and up), so it may be the same on the Firestorm.

Best way is to find out by getting hold of a cheap worn out .21 (plenty on ebay) and trying it on for size and mods if required.
