Traxxas rustler vxl 2.4 ghz vs Hpi e-firestorm flux 2.4ghz

I have looked at both these cars and they are quite similar I'm not sure which one to go for, how fast will the traxxas rustler vxl go out of the box wi the standard battery and which one is best for bashing.

If you think the hpi firestorm is the best what battery and charger should I got for I don't won't to go lipo quite yet I just want to get a nimh stick pack please help

You've answered your own question in regards to the car, they are very comparable in performance and strength. They do both have their own flaws I'm sure, so you will have to upgrade parts irrespective of what car you buy.

As for the battery, maybe you should actually read your previous threads?

My best advice is to go and buy the car and go have FUN, not post the same questions over and over again, as it seems you are pretty fixed on buying an E-Firestorm and running it on NiMH's, which is fine, but as people have already said, you will be able to get better performance from a LiPo pack. Ultimately we're not forcing anything on you, just giving advice. It's your call what you spend your money on.
