Thunder tiger ts4n. Steering problem. Turns far to sharply

Right okay so I've got a ts4n back, cleaned and fixed, bought drift wheels but it just spins the wheels far too fast just swings out, anyway that's another issue, I put normal tyres back on apart from tuning the needles, it turns far too sharply, to the point that I can't keep it goin straight, even at low speed, and when I try to counter steer it goes into a tank slapped motion, or spins out,now this never used to be a problem so ????

I can't even get it into its second gear :-(

Which radio using?

Which shell running?(there all give different front end response)

Shocks been oiled?

What position set shocks on front tower an arm also rear?

Using an electronix 2.4,

Got a hpi Subaru shell on it does run quite low and I'm wondering if the spoiler angle might make a difference ?

Yeah shocks have been oiled,

Front is outside on both tower and arms,

Rear is outside tower inside arms.
