Smoothybb Posted July 23, 2014 Share Posted July 23, 2014 Yeah that's not particularly new, it just confirms that FPV is okay, within certain rules, but mainly that someone has it in direct LOS at all times.Basically no long range flights and don't go buzzing 'structures' or people. Also specifically bans FPV'ing any events, which if you were being sensible you wouldn't do anyway with the risk of failure over people. The CAA seem a fair bit more relaxed than the FAA although as more people start flying in places they shouldn't, that could rapidly change!
