  1. HPI Savage XS Flux 1/10 Mini Monster Truck *tonnes of spares and batteries* | eBay ***SOLD*** HPI Savage XS Flux 1/10 Mini Monster Truck *tonnes of spares and batteries*. This Savage XS is as it's name suggest; an absolute beast. I had this on 2s the whole time I owned it and had so much trouble keeping it on 4 wheels that I didn't bother going for the 3s! The power is insane. It comes with 5 x 5300mah 30-60c Turnigy Nano-tech lithium polymer batteries. These are of varying ages, but don't have any bowing or expansion. I've tested charging 2 of them recently and ran them through a full discharge no problem. I've ALWAYS balance charged them and after EVERY session we put them into storage voltage. So they should be good to go once fully charged again. They are a couple of years old though so can't claim that they are in perfect condition, but they'll be absolutely fine for a good number of bashing sessions! Comes with a 2/3s lipo single battery balance charger, you'll probably want to look at getting a multi charger if you're going to use them a lot. Definitely worth the money, but to get you running, the single battery balance charger will work perfectly. This sale comes with absolutely everything you need to get going. Nothing else required. Just charge the stored batteries to full capacity and off you go! I have also included a firesafe charging pouch. I've never had any issues with charging but always better safe than sorry. I have included 2 shells, the original that came with the car and an unpainted Chevrolet El Camino SS body. The original body is in okay condition, bit scratched up, but generally good. Especially good considering how often this thing ends up on its roof! I have always covered the body with electrical tape to avoid the worst of the damage as I advise you do, otherwise you'll be buying a new shell really quickly! I've included a picture of the shell with all the protection tape on and you can see the condition that the tape gets into so Its definitely worth covering those areas. The shell will come with all tape removed at the moment and you can see what condition it is in in the photos. Few scratches and scrapes, but not worn through anywhere still solid. The 2nd unpainted shell is the El Camino SS. We bought it as my son loved police vehicles when he was young and we were planning on decking it out in police colours and adding the police decals. So there is a full set of original el camino decals and a full set of police decals. As well as a police light that we intended to fit to the new body, but never quite got around to. I did fit an additional connector to the ESC and it is programmed to work, so if you fit the lights to the extra connector that's attached to the body they do light up. I have a short video of them working if anyone wants to see it. I have recently replaced the whole clutch and all bearings in the gearbox. The slipper plates were worn, so I stripped the whole gearbox, replaced both clutch plates and the slipper pads, as well as regreasing and replacing every bearing in the gearbox. So should be in excellent condition. There are a TONNE of extras and spares coming with this as you can see in the photos. The most important being the cup joints for all 4 wheels. This thing churns through these like butter! But they are really easy to replace. I've also included 3 tiny drive shaft grub screws as these have a tendency to fall out! I've Loctited in the existing one, but they always find a way to work free, and that'll end your session right there as you lose drive. But with the 3 spares, you should have no problem. I have also included a spare ESC, but I can't actually remember if it fits or not! I bought it a while back as the main ESC had failed and I was waiting on a replacement OEM one but bought that to use in the interim from the local hobby shop. But I can't remember if I ever actually fitted it! The OEM one arrived quite quickly so I may never have bothered! It comes with a spare set of original tyres and inserts, 2 of which are used 2 of which are brand new. The tyres that are on it now are not original, they are actually a good bit smaller than the original ones, but the grip on these tyres is so much better. They were upgraded and had to be pulled over the existing wheels, so they are a snug fit to say the least, but the level of grip these ones give compared to the OEM tyres is 2nd to none. I would probably move back to larger tyres once these ones wear through just to get a better fit, but for now they will give you tonnes of grip and some great fun. The wheels have been superglued to the tyres a few times so you can see the remnants of that on the rims of the wheels, but this doesn't affect them at all and they are all solid with no cracks or issues. This little thing is an absolute beast so much so that it's quite difficult to keep it on the ground. It will flip and spin at the slightest touch! So be wary!
