I have soon had my traxxas bandi for a week. already falling apart. Might be my fault but i dont think im abusing it that much. All ive done is driving back and forth on the road and sliding around in gravel. I have also done some jumps on my homemade little ramp but only on the grass. Tires have gone slick (prob my fault), The steering doesnt return to the center once having turned and the back tires are wabbling alot so we have gotten new parts for the back. But when it comes to the steering, i have no idea what do to. I want to know what different solutions there are to fixing this problem. And if it is the servo i dont actually mind since the 2056 isnt that good compared to other things on the market. I think this is normal but the tires are always a little bit wobbly. Dont know if i came to the right section of the forum so please tell me if im at the wrong place. Im very new to the rc hobby and already having some issues but i really hope i can get some help :) minihanden -
Hello All and thank you in advance for any tips and apologies this is such a basic question. Quick history, in the early 90s I built 2 RC kits with my dad - Lunchbox and Grasshopper. I decided to pick up the hobby again during the pandemic and must say I cannot wait to continue building more. Just a quick question that has been driving me mad for a few weeks. I cannot get my steering aligned at all. I have followed Tamiya's instruction, watched YouTube videos and went so far as to buy aftermarket shafts, but still the issue persists. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I have a HPI Baja 5B SS and some of yous may know me from the other forum. I do not know what is wrong with my steering servo. When the car is lifted from the ground, the steering seems tow work fine, but when it is on the ground, it struggles to move to the right and the left. Thern, when it is moving, espicially at high speeds, it does not turn right at all, only left? Someone please tell me what is going on?! It's not a good idea to take it out with dodgy steering and no brakes!
