most of the new sony ericson phones can remotly connect to the ps3 and live stream your music, films, videos, etc over to your phone where ever you are in the world. so it wouldnt take much to add a sony portable chipset to a sony ericson phone and a decent screen so you can play psp/ps2 games on a phone.
