was just looking at the xray thinking it looked familar, then i realised its my old xray. when i sold it had a clear centre bit on the shell, someone has painted it purple afterwards.

4 x ASPEC lipos, 9 months old, only used in my touring car which i race every two weeks, so not had much use, ALWAYS balanced charged at 5amps. comes in a custom carry case with foam cut outs. i paid

had a few more questions, the esc can run upto 3s so plenty of power available, its only been ran a handful of times. and here are some more pictures i took today, also showing the standard wheels fitted which i think looks pretty good

i got it from modelsport but had to wait 3 weeks for it. forgot to add that i have the original box and instructions so will be included. cheers

afternoon all i have decided to sell my recently converted stampede truggy, i converted this for my 4 year old son, but he just isn't ready for this sort of power yet. and i have other toys to play with so would rather it go to someone else who will make use of it. this is my build thread which explains everything i have done. http://www.msuk-forum.co.uk/topic/186224-micksid-traxxas-stampede-truggy/?hl=micksid the truck runs perfect and would be a great basher! it comes RTR so you will get the truck, tx and 2s lipo which has always been balanced charged, some spares if i had to be critical i would say the shocks could do with re-oiling, i have also upgraded the plastic shock caps to aluminium ones as this is a known weak point, but has been resolved now. i have just fitted the aluminium bearing clutch adaptor also so the truck is pretty bullet proof. i am looking for

just to explain the paint a bit, i have tried a new method this time, basically flat clear paint put on the inside of the shell, then tamilya olive drab plastic paint, then flat clear again on the outside of the shell. just interested to see if the plastic paint will stick with the polycarbonote flat clear laid first. who knows. my 4 year old will batter it and put it too the test im sure.

been a while, but my and my little one finished the shell today as he wants to take it for a bash tomorrow. just a few pictures.
