Starkz I am sure your issue with JE is a one off, I've never been let down by the guys there so I am pretty confident it is. As for the few days to go back onto your card, this is something to do with the banks and not JE, they refunded you as soon as the issue was brought to their attention.
As for any website that does not display stock information or the order is vital, RING first, Double check it's in stock before ordering.
