Keep the Linux side for all the browsing and stuff, and Windows nice and clean for games. Saves reinstalling the Windows side every 12 months when it gets filled with registry crap.

My friend's on virgin, and they can't play TF2 during the week (Peak times) because their ping is too high. They're really going OTT with the throttling IMHO. That's why we went with a 40gb capped connection; all the unlimited ones are capped at whatever the company sees fit that month.
