  1. Cheap ones are usually junk, they melt way to easily compared to real deans and the connections wear out much faster than OG deans.
  2. Steel rod or brake line if you can find it and then braze it up, easier than welding and you only need a basic set of tools.

    PS3 YLOD 3 imminent

You don't need an external HDD you can use the transfer data utility with an ethernet cable http://manuals.playstation.net/document/en/ps3/current/settings/transferutility.html
  4. Retro racing make / made a Mk1 tincorna http://modelsport.co...roduct_id=33357 no longer available through modelsport but you may be able to find one still in stock somewhere. Found one in Denmark http://www.morfars.d...tml?language=en
  5. Case Mini sodbuster Jr, Zippo hand warmer Western Robotics Hercules super BEC SAB Goblin (Delayed until Jan) Savox servos Maxpedition pouches
  6. My BFblog thingy http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/user/Sao666/ Started out sucking really badly as I was used to BF43 controls and game play style, starting to improve a bit. Loving the jets in the game
  7. I'm a big fan of plastidip and some marine grease on servos. I tend to run in water all year round not just in the winter so having a waterproof truck is paramount for me. My scale Toyota Hilux is known locally as a submarine .
  8. PSN - SAO666 BF43, BF3, GT5, GTA Xbox - SAO666 BF43, Forza Please let me know who you are if you send an invite. You might find my ps3 is full but I have pletny of room on the xbox
  9. Yeah about £460 ish, should be well worth it though as I can use it on the PS3/Xbox and PC. Going to have to sell my trusty old GT27 to get some money back now though LOL
  10. The CSR wheel with the ally clubsport peddles. I didn't bother with the shifter as I rarely use it on my G27 in GT5 I tend to just use the paddles. I may get one at a later date. I just have to see if it will fit on my wheel stand pro with minimal modifications.
  11. Yeah I have looked at that Garry, a friend had one, he never did get it to work so I am dubious about paying out for what is now a glorified paper weight to my friend. Problem solved, fanatec wheel on the way lol
  12. I've just recently got an eggbox being a long time PS3 owner just to play Forza4 I'm currently working my way through Forza 3 at the moment before I start 4. Gamertag SAO666 (same as PSN). I'm just debating on which fanatec wheel to get for Forza because playing with the sticks is just plain wrong IMO. (A bit annoyed my G27 won't work with the xbox ) How many of you use a wheel instead of sticks?

    Gran Turismo 5

That is top news about the endurance races! I kind of stopped playing when I had those unlocked. Might be time to dig out the disc and dust of the G27 set up again
  14. Those were limp wristed! When my 10s5p (yes 50 cells!) pack started to smoke while it was still in the heli flying around I knew something was wrong.... I got it down quick, ripped the canopy off and pulled the smoking pack out two seconds later it burst into flames It's a shame no one got a video of the smoke trail because it was impressive to say the least!
  15. Plastidip the new servo then it won't mind getting wet
