Fraps has improved massively over the years. The latest version is far higher quality and smaller file sizes then it's ever been. Combined with the speed of modern hard drives it doesn't really lag that much any more. Mind you, I run the game off an ssd and record to a hdd. Still, 1080p 60fps recording looks great. 10 mins is about 28gb though so it takes a while to render edited videos

Hyper 7 diffs are tough as nails and will take 6S abuse no problem... Don't get a torsen diff, much weaker than a standard diff. To help make a diff more durable, mesh it so the gear meshes are perfect and you should never break one. I run 8S in my Hyper, no problems so far

Second trailer was great! That bit when they drive out of a plane (C130 or something) and then skydive looked amazing. Some issues with aliasing in the trailer (jagged lines) but other than that looks awesome!

Er, never seen that model before. I wouldn't buy one! Get something branded. If you want something to work on together, I would build one from scratch. Save up and buy the parts seperately, could be fun. Get like, a chassis, bulkheads, diffs, a-arms, shocks, shock towers, servo etc I don't think it's the best idea to go into this together though, when one of you breaks something, or one is putting more money into it than the other it will create tension between you.

If you want sped and durability on a budget you cannot go wrong with doing a conversion on a used 1/8 buggy.

When I had my Revo Picco .26 I ran an Dynamite 053, pipe, best pipe for that engine really, but as you said it's a side pipe. For rear exit pipes, I think the THS performance pipes are the most popular with that engine. They seem to be mad about them in the states. At the end of the day though, with that engine you will bend exhaust manifolds/headers like crazy. Any bad landing and it will bend. That's why I went for a side pipe. Best thing I ever did, looked pretty cool too.

Just make a topic in general rc asking... As a rule of thumb, it's around 60% of what you paid for it unfortunately. If your selling something and unsure just put the price too high and keep lowering until you get interest...
