Thanks for sharing @53HRA, looks good but not for me I think; managed to get a 'lead' on one for £80 with interior which I expect yours would be far much more £££!

Metal?! Like all of it!? How much does it weigh!?
-
As per the title please.
Prefer one that hasn't been chopped but happy to take a look at whatever is about.
Thanks.
-
Sub'd, buckled in and looking forward to it oho👍
<Didn't read anything about the wheels, what are you going for?>

Never seen a shim for that sorry sunny. Never heard of someone needing to shim it there either in fairness...
Is it really lumpy even after shiming the 'front to back' play on the pinion?
-
Any chance of some photos?
-
Same size on the inside as the outside sunny. Thickness would be up to how much play you want to alleviate 👍

I've got 2 pairs of these if you're interested @Paulnb57; https://www.amainhobbies.com/crawler-innovations-double-deuce-6-bolt-2.2-crawler-wheel-black-2-1.0-wide-cwr-5003/p451163
Not carbon though....... Brand new, never been used.

Read the 'blurb' and got nerdy with the pictures; it looks a lot of money for a lot of plastic and loads of flex.
Think i'll wait to see how they fare being slamed about for a few weeks after realease!
Otherwise cool as🤩

Crumbs that's nuts!
Might need a sway bar by the looks of the first few seconds!!

What are your thoughts on those 1904's @PraetoR? I recently fitted a set to my d90 crawler and was pleasantly surprised by the performance on the moor - good on steep loose ground and perfectly capable on rocks in comparison to the replaced Flat Iron XL's.

Got brass portal covers already. Will droop the shocks a bit then.
Nice, Vitavon? They're a damn fine fit👍
You want to aim for the links to be flat really; I achieved that with pen springs inside the stock Axial shocks; runs a treat, albeit too damn cold to go out now!

SSD Andy👍

Vitavon brass portal covers all round and more droop on the shocks and they're fantastic mate👍

Despite being nowhere near finished, I took the opportunity today to gave Dodgy Rust Bucket a little run out, not for very long, but a couple of things I'd note, these SRT servos as I previously thought are not very good, the one in the Capra stated 23kg, I was running at the correct voltage for that, it felt like it had less oomph than my 15kg Savox.
This one in the Dodgy is rated at 18kg from memory, again running at the correct voltage and it's just a turd.
I know I am running fat sticky tyres, but still, 18 and 23kg from any other brand would still work.
Won't ever buy another and I would urge nobody else too, IMO they aren't fit for purpose.
Anyway, less waffle, more pictures, enjoy!
That last picture is outstanding oho👍

I ordered them via Aliexpress.
Not only bling but stainless steel. Really heavy and in my opinion indestructible.
And also important: Stronger Kardan joints instead of ball joints. Just like with real cars.

The only drawback is that they are quite thick and I had some fitting problem. Needed to grind off a bit from the gear housing above.
Thanks Jens, i like that they're a proper spline and not just a 'notch' as most aftermarket shafts.

Tempted with one of these, been looking at a smaller scale for a while and seeing more good quality option parts coming out I reckon the FTX would take quite nicely.
Do you have a 1/10 to compare it against @tomr?
Keen for a video if you're putting one up.
