I run the car on fine gravel. I can only think the problem is from the small stones building up beneath the spur. I have a spare plastic one, will try it with the small cover removed from under the spur. For the money I love the car and find myself using it more than my Wr8.

hi all, I seem to be going through the spur gears on this car every couple of batteries. Are there any metal spur gears for the hooligan? Can't seem to find any.

I see the vorza is on sale at modelsport (£499) very tempted but recently got the trophy buggy. Is the vorza that much better?
